Base Pay Range

$63.00/hr - $105.00/hr

About the Role

The Nurse Manager oversees daily operations and program management for a designated group of clinics or units, collaborating closely with the Director of Nursing. Responsible for achieving financial, quality, and strategic goals, the Nurse Manager leads with a positive, people‑focused approach, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment. Acting as a change agent, they promote open communication, professional development, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards while ensuring efficient use of resources and safe, high‑quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to deliver safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient staffing and resource allocation.
  • Manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
  • Guide quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Foster professional development, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational and patient care goals.
  • Act as a change agent, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    BSN or MSN.
  • Experience:

    At least 3 years of relevant experience with progressive leadership growth.
  • Licensure:
    Current California RN license (or ability to obtain within 6 months), BLS certification, and national certification in area of expertise or leadership within 12 months; ACLS or PALS as required.
