Base Pay Range$63.00/hr - $105.00/hr
About the RoleThe Nurse Manager oversees daily operations and program management for a designated group of clinics or units, collaborating closely with the Director of Nursing. Responsible for achieving financial, quality, and strategic goals, the Nurse Manager leads with a positive, people‑focused approach, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment. Acting as a change agent, they promote open communication, professional development, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards while ensuring efficient use of resources and safe, high‑quality patient care.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to deliver safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient staffing and resource allocation.
- Manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Guide quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Foster professional development, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational and patient care goals.
- Act as a change agent, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

- Education:
BSN or MSN. - Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant experience with progressive leadership growth. - Licensure:
Current California RN license (or ability to obtain within 6 months), BLS certification, and national certification in area of expertise or leadership within 12 months; ACLS or PALS as required.
- Thinks strategically and acts with clarity and purpose.
- Promotes professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
- Supports staff in developing confidence, expertise, and curiosity.
- Balances empathy and high expectations.
- Drives improvement while modeling patience, presence, and respect.
