As an Irrigation Foreman
, you'll lead a small crew on both installation and maintenance projects involving commercial and residential irrigation systems. This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires in-depth knowledge of irrigation components, the ability to read plans, and the skills to solve on‑site issues quickly. You'll be responsible for ensuring each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

• Lead a 2-3 person crew on irrigation installation and service jobs
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems (including smart controllers, valves, drip systems, and more)
• Read and interpret irrigation plans and site layouts
• Track job progress and report updates to the Project Manager
• Communicate with clients and ensure high-quality, timely work
• Operate trenchers, mini-excavators, and other equipment as needed
• Ensure your crew is working safely, efficiently, and professionally

• At least 3 years of irrigation installation experience
• Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong understanding of irrigation system components and smart controllers (Rain Bird, Hunter, etc.)
• Ability to read site plans and mark out systems accurately
• Clean, professional communication and good customer service skills
• Must be reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

• Full-time, year-round work (Monday‑Friday, occasional weekends)
• Competitive pay at $30 to $40/hr, depending on experience.
