About the job Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage and support the companys finance and administrative operations in Dubai. This role requires strong accounting expertise, hands-on experience across the full accounting cycle, and the ability to independently manage daily financial activities. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. The Accountant will also oversee and support the administrative operations of the companys training center.

Key Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with company policies and applicable standards
  • Manage full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles
  • Prepare and review invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, journal entries, and expense reports
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record retention for audits and compliance
  • Handle VAT documentation, filings, and basic compliance in line with UAE regulations
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants when required
Administrative Responsibilities (Training Center)
  • Prepare management reports and provide administrative support as required
  • Ensure smooth coordination between finance and administrative functions
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and VAT
  • SAP knowledge or hands-on experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
