- Manage day-to-day accounting for residential and/or commercial properties
- Record and reconcile rental income, service charges, security deposits, and operating expenses
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable for tenants, vendors, and brokers
- Monitor lease agreements and ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Track and control development and construction costs across ongoing projects
- Process payments and certifications for consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost-to-complete
- Support feasibility analysis, development budgets, and variance reporting
- Maintain accurate records for capital expenditures (CAPEX) and work-in-progress (WIP)
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for properties and development projects
- Ensure full UAE VAT compliance, including FTA filings for operational and construction-related transactions
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Coordinate with project teams, property management, facilities, and owners’ associations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience; real estate or property management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Quick Books, Yardi, SAP, or similar)
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple properties
- Experience in the UAE real estate market is a MUST
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Experience managing multi-property or portfolio-level accounting
