We are hiring an Assistant Accountant , who will be providing accounting support to multiple companies across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining books of accounts for assigned client companies
- Record daily financial transactions, invoices, and expenses
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal entries
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- Support in VAT records and VAT return preparation
- Maintain proper financial documentation and filing
- Coordinate with clients for required accounting documents
- Assist senior accountant during monthly and year-end closing
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations
