Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team in managing receivables, invoicing, reconciliations, and daily accounting operations. This role requires strong follow-up discipline, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to manage corporate billing cycles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain receivables reports on a regular basis
  • Conduct daily follow-ups on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections
  • Verify sales invoices, top-ups, and gate passes for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and issue monthly invoices for corporate clients (e.g., Emaar, insurance companies, etc.)
  • Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
  • Reconcile customer accounts and bank statements
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Provide documentation support during audits
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience using accounting or ERP systems
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Clear communication and coordination abilities
Preferred
  • Experience handling corporate clients
  • Practical exposure to invoicing & receivables management
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems
