Junior Accounting Officer (m/f/d) – Multi-Entity Finance Support

We are a dynamic and growing international engineering plastics group headquartered in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai. From our Dubai office, we coordinate financial processes for our entities in the UAE, Austria, and Germany.

We are currently looking for a Junior Accounting Officer to strengthen our finance operations team in Dubai.

This is a long‑term position with structured development potential for candidates who want to grow within an international organization.

As a Junior Accounting Officer, you will support our central finance operations from our Dubai office. You will work closely with senior finance team members and management to ensure structured, accurate, and timely execution of accounting processes across multiple entities.

The role is operational and execution‑focused, ideal for someone who wants to build a long‑term career in accounting and finance.

• Processing and reviewing incoming supplier invoices
• Supporting the preparation and issuance of outgoing invoices for all group entities
• Ensuring correct data entry and documentation in ERP and accounting systems
• Supporting bookkeeping tasks for the UAE entity
• Assisting with intercompany documentation and reconciliation processes
• Preparing documentation for auditors and external consultants
• Supporting monthly closing preparation
• Administrative accounting support and documentation management

• Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience within the UAE
• Strong understanding of local accounting practices and documentation standards (basic IFRS knowledge is an advantage)
• Hands‑on ERP experience (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, AP+, or comparable systems)
• Good Excel skills
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• German is a plus but not required
