Associate III - Accounts & Taxation; Qualified Chartered Accountants

We are a Chartered Accountancy firm providing accounting and tax services to UAE-based clients
. We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years post-qualification experience to independently handle accounting, VAT compliance, and corporate tax matters for UAE entities. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for client accounting and tax compliance under UAE regulations.

• Maintenance, review, and finalization of books of accounts for UAE entities
• Preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Monthly/quarterly MIS, management reports, and variance analysis
• Review of accounting entries, reconciliations, and closing schedules

• UAE VAT compliance including registration, return filing, and reconciliations
• VAT return preparation, review of input VAT eligibility, and reverse charge compliance
• Handling VAT notices, clarifications, and Federal Tax Authority (FTA) communications
• UAE Corporate Tax compliance including computation of taxable income and return filing (as applicable)

• Ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws and FTA guidelines
• Client coordination for data collection and accounting clarifications
• Advisory support on VAT and corporate tax implications for routine transactions
• Liaison with banks, consultants, and local agents, where required

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 1–2 years post-qualification experience in UAE accounting and taxation
• Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws
• Practical exposure to IFRS
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / Zoho / Quick Books / ERP) and MS Excel

• Prior experience handling UAE-based clients in a CA firm or consultancy
• Familiarity with FTA portal filings and compliance procedures
• Good communication skills for client interaction and documentation
• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple UAE client accounts independently
• Compliance-oriented with attention to detail
• Professional client-handling and coordination skills
