We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join a leading Multinational organization in the engineering and marine sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments across multiple entities and regions.

This role requires strong experience in accounting systems, preferably SAP
, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, coding, and posting.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments in accordance with company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure proper invoice approvals.
• Handle month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
• Manage multi-region or multi-entity payables, ensuring consistency and compliance across jurisdictions (advantage).
• Monitor aging reports and ensure timely resolution of outstanding payables.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with accounting software;
  SAP experience is highly preferred

• Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-region environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai Airport Freezone.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
