Accounting Assistant

Network Aviation Group heads up a group of two dozen wholly owned and inter-related aviation businesses. Originally formed in 1985 the Network Aviation Group now spans five continents. We offer a variety of sales and services to client airlines, as well as managing a fleet of freighter aircraft on a network of scheduled routes and charters throughout the world.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support the finance department with daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, account reconciliations, maintaining financial records, and assisting with various accounting and administrative functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and general ledger balances.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, files, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
