Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts using Zoho Books
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Handle UAE VAT returns and FTA compliance
- Manage rental income, service charges, deposits, and reconciliations
- Support RERA‑related financial requirements and audits
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certifications will advantage
- 2-4 years of UAE accounting experience
- Real estate preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Zoho Books
- Proficiency in Excel
