Responsibilities
- Data entry and maintenance across Tally, Quick Books, SAP, and Excel.
- Adapt quickly to varied cost and production sheet formats across departments.
- Perform bookkeeping journal entries and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare timely reconciliations and financial reports.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions independently.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.
- Proactively flag issues and keep stakeholders informed without prompting.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- 2–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in Tally, Quick Books, and Excel.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Hindi/Gujurati (optional) or Tagalog helpful for cross‑team communication.
- Ability to work independently across shifting priorities and time zones.
