Financial Accountant – Facility Management Accounting

The role involves overseeing financial activities, preparing reports, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and supporting audits in facility management accounting.

• Produce management accounts, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and cost reduction.
• Assist with financial reporting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and accounts receivable & payable using Microsoft Excel, Tally, and ZOHO.
• Prepare management accounts, handle revenue recognition, support audits, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage full accounting operations, prepare financial statements, ensure compliance, and support financial analysis in the steel fabrication industry.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and auditing, requiring proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle, with strong Arabic and English skills.
• Maintain daily accounting entries, monitor accounts receivable, support credit control, and keep accurate documentation.
• Follow-up on accounts receivable, process sales invoices, and provide accounting support while ensuring effective client communication.

Qualifications:

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
• Experience with Tally, ZOHO, and Oracle.
• UAE accounting knowledge and proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Deliver high‑quality lectures and research in Business Administration, utilizing innovative teaching methods. Candidates should hold a PhD and have strong publication records.
