Admin cum Accountant

SalaryAED 2,500 – AED 3,500
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience in Zoho Accounting Software is mandatory
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- Candidates based in UAE or India are encouraged to apply
- Manage daily accounting and administrative activities
- Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt transactions
- Maintain accounting records and bank reconciliations
- Monitor receivables and payables and follow up with clients and suppliers
- Update quotations, inquiries, and customer records
- Prepare reports and maintain company documentation
- Coordinate office administration and operational activities
- Support sales and logistics functions through internal and external coordination
- Manage legal documents, renewals, compliance records, and expiry tracking
- Follow up on customer payments and ensure accurate recordkeeping
