Hospitality Accountant

Accountant / Finance Executive | NIGHTLIFE & HOSPITALITY | Dubai

We are hiring an Accountant / Finance Executive for a nightlife and hospitality business based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in hospitality, nightlife, F&B, clubs, lounges, restaurants, or entertainment venues, with strong knowledge of daily financial operations and reporting.

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Handle cash flow, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Perform POS and revenue reconciliations
• Monitor supplier payments, invoices, and expenses
• Assist with VAT-related documentation and compliance
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Coordinate with operations and management teams
• Support inventory tracking and cost control
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Work night shift schedule

• Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience in hospitality or nightlife industry
• Strong understanding of POS systems and revenue reconciliation
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Currently based in the UAE preferred
