Junior Accountant

Kinetics Group is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for an early-career accounting professional with strong numerical accuracy, documentation skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced engineering and project-based environment.

As a Junior Accountant, you will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, financial records, and reporting support. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate transaction processing and timely finance coordination. This position offers valuable exposure to accounting practices within a growing organization serving HVAC, acoustic, vibration isolation, seismic restraint, and engineering projects across the UAE and MENA region.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process data entry and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related requirements.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with internal finance procedures and reporting timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience using accounting software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation.
