Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
* Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
* Handle month-end and year-end close processes.
* Assist with audits and tax preparations.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role (5+ years preferred).
* Strong understanding of accounting software and financial reporting.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
