A manpower supply company based in Ajman is currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join its team on a full-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with prior regional accounting experience who are looking to work in a fast-paced business environment and contribute directly to the organization’s daily financial operations.

• Prior UAE accounting experience is mandatory.
• Qualification:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with local regional market mandatory. Experience in manpower supply, staffing, outsourcing or service-oriented businesses highly advantageous.
• Deep functional grasp of double-entry accounting entries and corporate record management.
• Proven background in executing complex account reconciliations and preparing financial data.
• Professional fluency in English with Hindi or Urdu to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and modern digital accounting configurations.
• Willingness to commit to a six‑day operational work schedule based in Ajman.

• Maintain accurate financial records and execute daily ledger accounting entries.
• Prepare, review, and finalize comprehensive account reconciliations.
• Process routine accounting transactions and manage foundational financial documentation.
• Support VAT‑related record keeping and structural compliance requirements.
• Monitor internal financial data continuously to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in compiling periodic financial reports and corporate statements.
• Utilize specialized accounting software and MS Excel for daily financial management tasks.
• Ensure strict alignment with internal corporate policies and standard accounting procedures.
• Consistently meet regulatory reporting deadlines while maintaining high precision.

• General accounting principles and commercial financial frameworks.
• Financial record maintenance and ledger auditing.
• Account reconciliation procedures and balance evaluations.
• VAT documentation, tracking, and compliance processes.
• MS Excel modeling and automated accounting systems.

• Initial Phase:
  Preliminary interviews conducted at the facility in Sharjah.
• Final Stage:
  Shortlisted candidates invited for a final evaluation at the client’s main headquarters in Ajman.

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from AED7,000 to AED8,000.
• Full corporate employment visa sponsorship.
• Standard employment benefits provided in strict accordance with labor regulations.
