Living Room Communications DMCC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the company’s full-cycle accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement through technology-driven solutions.

• Full-Cycle Accounting:
  Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and management reports.
• Month-End & Year-End Close:
  Handle closing procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Audit & Compliance:
  Maintain compliance with UAE accounting standards and DMCC regulations; assist external auditors and ensure readiness for reviews.
• Technology & Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement automation or AI-driven tools to improve efficiency in bookkeeping and reporting workflows.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  Support management in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Leadership &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial insights and operational improvements.

• Education:
  
  Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience:
  
  3–5 years in full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a marketing, communications, or service-based firm.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong working knowledge of Quick Books Online, Xero, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Attention to Detail:
  High accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
