Receptionist; Arabic Speaker

- Greeting and welcoming of guests/visitors at the office
- Managing the front office – phone calls, correspondence etc.
- Receiving, dispatching and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Handling daily administrative tasks
- Assisting teams with any other support as and when required
- Arabic language proficiency is required - spoken and written
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have excellent personality & must be immaculately groomed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in handling a front office/receptionist role
