Admin Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (female preferred) to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize company records and documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Support HR and finance departments with basic admin tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Assist in office management and maintaining supplies.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
