We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers. This role includes handling front‑desk operations, providing administrative support, and maintaining smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue badges when required.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating conference rooms.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, data entry, and preparing basic documents.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support day‑to‑day office operations.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information when needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
Skills
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service attitude and professional appearance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
