Responsibilities include:- Managing personal appointments, household scheduling, and family‑related activities.
- Supporting with personnel projects.
- Coordinating children’s timetables, school documentation, extracurriculars, camps, tutors, payments, and travel.
- Overseeing house staff, drivers, domestic organisation, and service providers.
- Personal shopping, errands, reservations, gifting, event support, and household procurement.
- Travel planning and arrangements, both domestic and international, including documentation.
- General lifestyle coordination — wellness scheduling, memberships, renewals, reminders.
- Managing personal expenses, reimbursements, bills, and financial administration.
- Acting as primary point of contact for personal matters with internal and external parties.
- Corporate Support – Support with all corporate matters while in the office.
- Managing sensitive information and private matters with absolute confidentiality.
- Has prior experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant for an HNWI or senior leader.
- Is highly discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally mature.
- Has exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Is proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to anticipate needs.
- Can work independently and handle personal matters with diplomacy.
- Is culturally aware, polished, and personable.
