Position: Executive Assistant To The Managing Director

We are a company based in Dubai and we are looking for a capable Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in the construction and building sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office, where the candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, and oversee document control and filing. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, able to multitask, and demonstrate strong professionalism.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management while contributing to the company's success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee document control and filing systems to ensure easy access to important information.
  • Communicate with suppliers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings.
  • Coordinate office logistics and maintain supplies for a productive work environment.
  • Support the Managing Director with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Preferred Candidate
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritization of tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
