Are you a proactive, organized professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment? Vygon Middle East is seeking a Business Support & Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential to supporting our General Manager and regional teams, ensuring smooth office operations and contributing to our mission in the medical device industry.
What You’ll Do- Support customer service and sales teams with contracts, orders, and distributor coordination
- Organize meetings, events, and travel logistics
- Assist the GM with calendar management, compliance, HR coordination, and internal communications
- Handle office administration, license renewals, and supplier coordination
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and HR-related tracking (leave, absences)
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in administrative or executive support
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP and HR platform experience is a plus
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
