Position: Receptionist cum Secretary

We are seeking a poised, proactive, and highly organized Receptionist cum Secretary who will serve as the first point of contact for our organization while also providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior leadership. This role demands elegance, discretion, precision, and fast-paced execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area with professionalism and warmth.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and partners with exceptional etiquette.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk‑ins with clarity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, guest access, and visitor records.
Secretarial & Administrative Support
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior management.
  • Prepare correspondence, emails, reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Draft minutes of meetings, follow up on action points, and ensure closure.
  • Handle confidential documents with absolute discretion.
  • Organize travel arrangements, visas, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Maintain proper filing systems both digital and physical.
Office Coordination
  • Coordinate between departments for seamless flow of communication.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, courier handling, and office supplies.
  • Support HR and finance teams with documentation when required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High emotional intelligence, grooming, and professional presence.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong confidentiality, integrity, and reliability.
  • Detail-oriented with an execution-driven mindset.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline (Secretarial / Business Administration preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience working with senior leadership is a strong advantage.
