At Propshop, we're building something extraordinary in real estate. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a female Arabic-speaking Administrative Assistant who is proactive, organized, and ready to support our fast‑paced environment. If you’re someone who thrives in a supportive team atmosphere and loves solving problems, this is the perfect role for you.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
  • Real estate knowledge and experience
  • Proven ability to handle administrative duties efficiently, including scheduling, reporting, and handling inquiries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive problem‑solving attitude—you're always two steps ahead.
  • Familiarity with Adobe (Photoshop, Acrobat), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), CRM tools (Hub Spot, ZOHO), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with social media platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and Linked In is a bonus.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous.
Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain smooth office operations by organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing client inquiries.
  • Assist with event coordination and internal activities to support team cohesion.
  • Provide direct support to the Sales Director and assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all team members' calendars are consistently updated and managed efficiently.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up email accounts and preparing necessary documents.
