The Finance Admin Assistant will provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the Finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is essential in maintaining organised financial records, processing routine transactions, and assisting with a variety of finance and HR-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities Finance Administration
  • Process, verify, and record invoices and employee expenses in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts filing, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily retrievable.
  • Assist with posting and reconciling petty cash transactions.
  • Support the Finance team with data entry, basic reconciliations, and routine financial tasks as required.
General Administrative Support
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks for the Finance, including document preparation, filing, and tracking.
  • Assist with the coordination of internal documentation and approvals when needed.
  • Provide administrative support during audits or internal reviews by organising and preparing required documents.
Coordination & Communication
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers regarding invoice queries or missing documentation.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding approvals or paperwork.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
