The Finance Admin Assistant will provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the Finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is essential in maintaining organised financial records, processing routine transactions, and assisting with a variety of finance and HR-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Finance Administration- Process, verify, and record invoices and employee expenses in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts filing, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily retrievable.
- Assist with posting and reconciling petty cash transactions.
- Support the Finance team with data entry, basic reconciliations, and routine financial tasks as required.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks for the Finance, including document preparation, filing, and tracking.
- Assist with the coordination of internal documentation and approvals when needed.
- Provide administrative support during audits or internal reviews by organising and preparing required documents.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers regarding invoice queries or missing documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding approvals or paperwork.
- Previous experience in finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
