We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation and records. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documents are properly filed, updated, and distributed to relevant departments in compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control all project documentation in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Maintain up-to-date records of drawings, technical documents, correspondence, and submittals.
- Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing, and archiving.
- Distribute documents to internal teams, clients, and subcontractors as per project requirements.
- Monitor document revisions and ensure only the latest versions are in circulation.
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and management to track document flow.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all project and company information.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate document logs.
