Data Entry Executive

Noorka Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our operations team in Dubai
. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate records and supporting smooth logistics and administrative processes within the organization.

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry.
• Maintain electronic and physical records related to logistics, shipments, and operations.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and data sheets as required by management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and validate necessary information.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data at all times.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to documentation and record keeping.

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive or in a similar administrative role.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
