The Role
We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Admin Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across our portfolio of ventures. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
You’ll work directly with the founder to ensure smooth operations across consulting projects, education platform administration, client management, and business processes. This is a hands‑on role where your organizational skills will directly impact business growth.
Key Responsibilities Platform Operations- Coordinate uploads and content management on the platform
- Manage partner communications and scheduling
- Process registrations and onboarding
- Handle inquiries and basic support requests
- Maintain platform documentation and user guides
- Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination across multiple ventures
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and databases
- Handle email correspondence and communications
- Process client onboarding documentation
- Maintain client databases and contact information
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
- Handle basic customer support and escalated complex issues
- Manage backend data entry if required
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures
- Track tasks and projects using project management tools
- Coordinate with team members and interns
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
- Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong proficiency in office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Quick learner, comfortable with new technologies and platforms
- Experience with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, )
- Familiarity with Word Press, CMS platforms, or education technology
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or online business operations
- Previous internship or experience in startup environments
- Proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, or others)
