OverviewWe are looking for a UAE National fresh graduate to support the team with document control, filing systems, and administrative coordination. The role provides hands‑on training in document management and office operations.
Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)- Manage, organize, and update project and office documents (physical & electronic).
- Ensure documents are correctly named, stored, and easily retrievable.
- Maintain document logs, registers, and tracking systems.
- Assist with distributing documents to relevant departments and ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Support scanning, copying, archiving, and uploading files.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures and company standards.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
- UAE National with Family Book (required).
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduate (0–1 year experience).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to follow processes and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a structured environment.
