We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support administrative and operational tasks behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation, data handling, and smooth coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents (physical and digital).
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and internal documents.
- Coordinate with front office, accounts, and operations teams.
- Handle emails, internal communications, and follow-ups.
- Support daily administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proven experience as a Back Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
