We are seeking a professional and well‑presented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a real estate development or contracting company in the UAE and will be fluent in Arabic and English, ensuring excellent front‑desk support and communication with clients, visitors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance at all times.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
  • Support administrative tasks and office coordination as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Receptionist, preferably in real estate development or contracting companies in the UAE.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer‑focused attitude with attention to detail.
