Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Helper to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist staff with basic office tasks and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and document handling.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and common areas.
- Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
- Assist in organizing office supplies and inventory.
- Support staff with errands and basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure office equipment and furniture are clean and properly arranged.
- Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage time efficiently.
- Physically fit and willing to perform daily office support tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
