Key Responsibilities
* Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meetings.
* Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the executive.
* Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and documentation as required.
* Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and logistics.
* Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and business documents.
* Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth communication.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
* Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
* Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.## Benefits
