Front Desk Receptionist

IKIGAI Pilates Studio is looking for a Receptionist to be the face of our wellness space, someone who brings both hospitality and positive energy to our clients’ daily experience.

• Greet clients with a friendly and professional attitude as they enter the studio.
• Handle front desk operations — scheduling classes, managing bookings, and processing payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and café area.
• Assist the team with administrative tasks and client inquiries.
• Ensure guests feel relaxed, supported, and inspired during their visit.

• Previous experience as a receptionist, or in hospitality (preferably in a fitness or wellness environment).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Must be available to work 6 days per week
