Real Estate Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of hands‑on real estate experience and possess exceptional organizational and administrative skills within the realm of real estate operations. This position requires proficiency in managing paperwork, coordinating transactions, and supporting agents with their administrative tasks. (MS OFFICE IS A MUST)

• Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google (Sheets, Docs/Calendar, etc.) to efficiently share reports and forecasts.
• Must know how to use a CRM and advertise on property portals. (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property finder etc)
• Create proper listings according to portal requirements – making sure our listings get the most exposure.

Sort Portal reports and improve lead generation accordingly.

• Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi)
• Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B and I, etc.)
• Know the areas in Dubai – the idea of the real estate developers’ projects is a must.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks
