Role Overview:
Blackstone eIT is looking for a proactive and well-organized Junior Office Coordinator to support daily office operations. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic tech environment. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in coordinating day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain documentation, filing systems, and basic reports.
- Support meeting scheduling, room bookings, and preparation of materials.
- Welcome visitors and handle general office inquiries.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Assist different departments with simple coordination and follow-ups.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and functioning smoothly.
- Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- UAE Nationality required
