Business Support Intern

We’re opening a structured 3-month internship within our Business & Talent team for someone who wants real exposure to executive operations, high-level coordination, and fast-paced decision‑making.

This is an unpaid internship by design. It’s intended as a learning experience for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on access to how leadership operates behind the scenes, not a cost‑saving hire or a replacement for a full‑time role.

• Assist in managing calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
• Help track priorities, follow‑ups, and action points
• Support drafting internal communications and correspondence

• Update and maintain task boards ()
• Track campaign progress and internal deadlines
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth follow‑through

• Organize digital files and improve documentation systems
• Help create templates and workflow tools
• Maintain structured internal records and databases

• Assist with campaign logistics and reporting coordination
• Support event and trip logistics where required
• Help track expenses and documentation for finance review
