Real Estate Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to support our brokerage operations in Dubai. This office-based role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day processes across secondary and off-plan property transactions. You will act as the backbone of the team by managing documentation, client data, listings, DLD procedures, and coordination with developers.

• Collect, organize, and maintain accurate client information, property details, and transaction records in the CRM system.
• Prepare, review, and send sales, rental, and off-plan contracts, MOUs, and all related documentation.
• Handle all DLD processes including NOC applications, title deed transfers, registration, and follow-ups with relevant authorities.
• Create and manage property listings on Bayut and other portals with high-quality descriptions, photos, and updates.
• Assign and distribute incoming leads to brokers through the CRM and ensure proper lead tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate developer briefings, project launches, site visits, and internal/external events.
• Provide administrative support to the brokerage team including scheduling, reporting, and office organization.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative or operations role in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of DLD procedures, real estate contracts, and UAE property laws.
• Proficiency in Bayut, Property Finder, CRM systems, and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
