PA Job Description
Marcilly Recruitment’s lovely HNW client in Dubai is seeking a PA to provide high-level personal, lifestyle and business support for a HNW British family in Dubai. The role requires absolute discretion, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage schedules, communications, and logistics seamlessly in a high-profile setting.
Salary: AED 20,000- 25,000
Benefits: discretionary annual bonus; 25 days holiday; medical & annual flight
Hours:09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday
Location: Dubai, UAE – office and household based
Start date:ASAP – they need people already based here in Dubai with a max 2 weeks’ notice period
The role is based in the office the majority of the time, but then you will be based from the house on the palm when needed (1-3 days a week depending on what is going on).
This is an 80% personal role with 20% business which will include inbox and diary management on a business and personal level. You will also have to liaise with the family office in the UK for various business interests and their international property portfolio.
They are a lovely family to support, and they are looking for a proactive and responsive assistant who understands professional boundaries, but someone they can still get on well with to ensure a collaborative working relationship.
This is a fun and exciting role given the business landscape and the personal side of things. It will require flexibility out of ours
PA Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and engagements for a principal with constantly changing priorities
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and commitments across time zones, most notably liaising with the businesses and family office in the UK
- Manage email, correspondence, and confidential communications
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising requests and managing time effectively
- Prepare agendas, itineraries, schedules, and daily overviews as required
- Coordinate personal appointments, travel, and lifestyle arrangements
- Manage private bookings, memberships, and exclusive reservations
- Oversee personal logistics, household-related matters, and ad hoc requests
- Plan and manage international travel itineraries. Coordinate flights, visas, ground transportation, and accommodation
- Deal with the admin for the three household staff
- Coordinate schedules for the whole family, liaise with nurseries, manage admin etc
- Manage the property here in the UAE, including utilities, maintenance etc
- Handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Manage the admin for the family pets
- Personal shopping
- Hospitality management
- Support ad hoc projects and provide executive-level assistance as needed
- 5+ years’ experience working as a PA, ideally within a creative, luxury or HNW/UHNW environment
- Be based here in the UAE ready to start ASAP
- Prior UAE experience is not a prerequisite for the PA as long as they know the UAE and are living here already
- Positive, warm and engaging personality with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- Quick response times and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Flexibility and adaptability to ever-changing demands - Extremely high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Fluent English is a must with perfect spelling and grammar
- Team player with proven prior success
