Administrative Coordinator
Duties:
• Serves as liaison in between department and offices
• Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as required
• Perform clerical duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
• Receive and forward communications to different staff, departments, and external parties
• Directs administrative productivity in accordance with management directives
• Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required
• Manage and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, visa applications, and other logistics for Executives and Directors
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Effective communication and written skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Critical and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
