Responsibilities
- Ensure tea, water, and refreshments are served to management staff, visitors, and during official meetings.
- Assist with menial tasks required by office staff, including photocopying documents, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc.
- Maintain pantry and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pantry area.
- Clean coffee machine on a regular basis.
- Assist office staff as requested.
- Be presentable and possess good communication skills in English.
- Basic education.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with greeting and serving etiquette.
- Sincere & trustworthy.
- Remain flexible and willing to work additional hours when required.
- Available to join immediately.
