Executive Assistant to the CEO – ONLY OPEN TO CANDIDATES BASED IN THE UAE.
Salary: AED 17, per month.
Location:
Dubai.
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the CEO’s time, priorities, and communications are managed efficiently and with absolute confidentiality. The role serves as a trusted partner and key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, enabling smooth day-to-day operations and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and discretion. Prioritize and organize the CEO’s commitments to optimize time management and focus on strategic priorities. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, board members, clients, partners, and other external stakeholders. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Screen and manage incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, preparation of agendas, and distribution of materials. Attend meetings to take accurate minutes, track decisions, and follow up on action items to ensure completion. Maintain organized records of meetings, documents, and correspondence.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the CEO. Support the CEO in managing ad‑hoc projects and cross‑functional initiatives. Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations by proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Assist with strategic initiatives by conducting research, compiling data, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Track progress on key projects and initiatives, providing regular updates to the CEO. Support special projects as assigned, often requiring coordination across multiple departments.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and presentation tools.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented mindset.
