- The Candle Company - a luxury candle and home fragrance manufacturer specialising in bespoke products, private label manufacturing, corporate gifting, and brand collaborations.
- Inner Alchemist - an emerging luxury wellness and lifestyle brand focused on intentional living, self-care rituals, home décor, and elevated everyday experiences.
- Content Creation & Personal Brand - lifestyle, travel, beauty, wellness, and behind-the-scenes creative content shared across social media platforms.

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organised, proactive, hands‑on, and trustworthy Executive & Personal Assistant to support the founder across both business and personal operations.
This is a hybrid EA/PA role within a fast‑paced luxury candle and lifestyle business environment. The role will involve a strong focus on day‑to‑day operational support, including preparing quotations, managing customer communications, liaising with clients and suppliers, coordinating orders, preparing samples, assisting with candle manufacturing and packaging, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the businesses.
The successful candidate will work closely with the founder across multiple brands, assisting with both operational and administrative responsibilities while helping maintain a highly organised and efficient working environment.
The role is primarily based within the founder’s home environment, which also operates as part of the businesses’ creative and operational workspace. As such, we are looking for someone who is respectful, organised, adaptable, and comfortable working within a close‑knit and trusted environment.
Alongside business support, the role also includes personal assistant responsibilities such as helping coordinate schedules, household organisation & support, errands, and occasional support with the founder’s dogs, who are an important part of daily life and the wider working environment.
Qualifications- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar) and/or Microsoft Office
- UAE driving licence is a strong advantage
- Experience around dogs or pet care is highly preferred
- Experience with office software systems and tools such as Quickbooks is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with near-native English fluency
- Must genuinely love dogs and be highly confident, responsible, and experienced around animals, with a caring and attentive approach to pet care
- Comfortable assisting with dog sitting and pet care responsibilities when required, treating pets with a high level of care, patience, and attention
- Healthy, well-presented professional. Physically capable of handling the practical aspects of the role, and confident in client-facing environments.
