We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai.
Responsibilities- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining records.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments.
- Help with organizing company events or meetings.
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Dubai.
- Proficient in English language, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience as an office assistant or similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
This is a part‑time position with flexible hours. The office is open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
