Hospitality Admin Coordinator
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Hospitality Admin Coordinator to join our team! The Admin Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the hospitality SME, ensuring seamless coordination, document management, and communication across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist with operational and design review tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing
Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for the hospitality SME and the team relevant.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records related to hospitality operations (Task orders).
Coordination & Communication:
- Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and lead design consultant (LDC).
- Ensure seamless communication between departments for daily tasks and experience enhancement.
Document & Report Management:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
- Maintain updated records of operational and design documents.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 10-15 years in an administrative role, preferably in hospitality or corporate environments.
- Experience in hospitality designing.
- Knowledge of hospitality software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
