Key Responsibilities
* Handling all aspects of clients visas, residency permits, and work permits, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
* Serving as a point of contact between the company and government departments like the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
* Managing the application and renewal of trade licenses, business permits, and other official documents required for business operations.
* Ensuring the company adheres to all local laws and regulations by managing legal documents and staying updated on regulatory changes.
* Assisting clients with medical tests, labour contracts, and other legal formalities related to their residency and work in the UAE.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all PRO-related activities, including renewals and submissions. Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors and oversee general office maintenance## Requirements
* Strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Ability to manage schedules, handle correspondence, and organize documents.
